Educational Therapy

As a teacher and learning specialist, I truly believe that every student possesses unique talents, skills, challenges, and backgrounds. By getting to know them as individuals, I can assist them in discovering the learning styles that resonate best with them, ultimately leading to their success. I focus on helping students develop organizational skills and implementing systems that empower them to excel in school and beyond.

With 18 years of experience in elementary education, including roles as a reading specialist and dual language teacher, I find great joy in teaching and working closely with students one-on-one.

Why the name Aspen Grove?

Because the best kind of learning and growth happens in a supportive network

Unlike other trees that grow independently, aspen trees are interconnected underground through a vast root system.

This network, often referred to as a "symbiotic grove," allows individual trees to share resources, communicate, and support each other's growth.

Remarkably, aspen groves can be thousands of years old, with individual trees living only a fraction of that time.

Yet, their collective strength endures, showcasing the power of unity and interdependence.

Much like aspen trees, we too rely on a supportive network.

In Educational Therapy, our approach is rooted in understanding the intricacies of the brain, empowering every learner to utilize their strengths.

Just as aspen trees rely on each other for stability and nourishment, we offer guidance, encouragement, and understanding tailored to each individual's needs.

Whether in education, personal growth, or professional development, success is nurtured through collaboration and a personalized approach to learning.
